Connxion Source™ is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology
that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. To Request a
Quote you must create a profile. You can travel through most of our site without
giving us any information about yourself; but to purchase we need information
to provide the products you request, and this statement of privacy explains
data collection and use in those situations.
Collecting your Personal Information:
By creating your individual business profile, you will be asked when needed,
your information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows
us to contact you directly. Generally, this information is requested when you
Order product(s) or request our newsletters. Personal information collected
by Connxion Source™ often is limited to e-mail address, country or location,
but may require additional information when needed. Such supporting documents
submitted by you for your Account does not substantiate your business entity
or name, in the event we are not able to validate your initial profile submission
records, you will be asked to supply additional information.
For example: If you choose to make a purchase in the Order area of the Web
site, we will request personal information such as: name, business name, business
EIN & Dunn's # if available, mailing address, telephone number, shipping
information.
NOTE:
Connxion Source™ uses CUSTOMER LOGIN; this allows you to access your personal
information, order history, order tracking in a secure area.
If you want to review or update your profile, simply visit the Customer Login
and edit your information.
Use of your Personal Information
We use your personal information for (4) four primary purposes:
1. Ease of use by not having to enter your access information that without
will restrict access to purchases from site.
2. To help you quickly find equipment, specials and services or information
at Connxion Source™.
3. To help us create and deliver content most relevant to you.

us whether you want Connxion Source™ to send you marketing information. Subscribe
or cancel subscriptions to newsletters about our products and services.
Security of your Personal Information
Connxion Source™ strictly protects the security of your personal information
and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data
from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
NOTE: ConnxionSource™ does not keep your credit card information in any
form or fashion and protects you from exposing of your CC numbers
from our server(s). Each Transaction is charged individually via our Payment
Gateway for credit card charges. To be used only with our Payment Gateways
that stores the CC data and allows you to process the payments manually through
their interface if you so choose too! Since we only use a Payment Gateway
to process your CC charges there is no need to worry – they are of course
PCI compliant and they Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode
compliant.
Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your
permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data
is stored in password-controlled server(s) with limited access. You also have
a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your
personal information without knowing your UID (User Identification) and Password,
so do not share these with others under any circumstances.
Use of Cookies
Ensuring customers needs and wants we publishing content at Connxion Source™ and
collect aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. We do not track
individuals' use of the site.
When someone visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer's machine
(if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the
site previously.
Web beacons, also known as clear gif technology, or action tags, assist in
delivering the cookie. This technology tells us how many visitors clicked on

information at Connxion Source™; it is a tool we use to compile aggregated
statistics about Connxion Source™ Web site(s). We do not share tracking information
outside of Connxion Source™ family of sites, and do not allow other companies
